These Terms govern your access to and use of ATM Training (Anesthesia Technician Mastery), developed and owned by Dr. Amir Fadhel under the Enki-Clinical brand. By opening, installing, accessing, or using ATM Training in any way — including during a free trial — you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the platform immediately.
ATM Training is a structured learning and exam-preparation platform. It is not a clinical decision-support tool. No content constitutes medical advice or patient management guidance. No content should be used to make real clinical decisions. The user bears full responsibility for how they apply any knowledge gained.
ATM Training is intended only for enrolled anesthesia technician students, trainees, or educators within a recognized educational or institutional framework. It is not intended for self-treatment, unsupervised patient care, or non-educational use.
The developer makes no guarantee that use of this platform will result in passing any examination, certification, or assessment. Outcomes depend entirely on the individual user's effort, consistency, and aptitude.
During any free trial, the user agrees to evaluate the platform carefully before purchasing, report suspected content errors, and not treat trial access as a permanent substitute for a licensed version.
All content is reviewed and validated by the developer. However, the user agrees to cross-reference important clinical facts against authoritative textbooks, institutional guidelines, and supervising educators. No software replaces formal instruction.
The user must not: reverse-engineer, copy, clone, distribute, or resell any part of ATM Training; share access credentials, license keys, or OTP codes; remove or alter any branding or copyright notices; use content for commercial purposes without written permission; screenshot or reproduce examination questions for external distribution; or use the platform for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
Access is granted per individual user via OTP-verified registration and, where applicable, a paid license key. The developer may refuse, suspend, or revoke access for any violation, without refund and without prior notice.
All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued — including "not useful," "device incompatibility," "change of mind," "exam not passed," or "unused access." Use the trial period to evaluate before purchasing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Amir Fadhel and Enki-Clinical are not liable for examination failures, missed learning outcomes, interruption of access, data loss, device or connectivity failures, or any direct or indirect harm arising from use or misuse of this platform.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the developer and Enki-Clinical from any claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from misuse, violation of these Terms, unauthorized distribution of content, or harm resulting from actions taken based on platform content.
All content — questions, explanations, algorithms, UI design, and training modules — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Amir Fadhel and Enki-Clinical. Unauthorized reproduction in any form is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.
The developer may update content, features, and these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disputes first go through direct communication; if unresolved, under applicable jurisdiction.

By opening, accessing, or using ATM Training, you confirm you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.
ATM Training is a user-controlled, privacy-first learning platform. Your data belongs to you — not to advertisers or third parties.
Your learning data stays on your device. Period.
Only when you voluntarily register: full name, email address, phone (optional), institution (optional), professional role. Technical: device fingerprint or activation ID, app version, license status, OTP record. Purpose: activation, license validation, and user support only. Never for marketing.
Your progress, settings, license status, and trial state are stored locally (localStorage, IndexedDB, Service Worker cache). This data never leaves your device automatically, is not accessible to the developer remotely, is fully under your control, and can be deleted at any time by clearing browser or app data.
Your email is used solely for OTP verification and license communications. We do not add you to mailing lists, send marketing emails, or share your email with any third party.
We never sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal information to any third party. The only exception: if required by a valid court order or Iraqi law, or to prevent fraud or license abuse — to the minimum extent required.
Contact and license data is retained only as long as necessary for support and legal protection. You may request deletion at any time by emailing the developer.
We implement offline-first architecture, no external CDNs or third-party scripts, device fingerprinting for anti-piracy, and minimal data surface. No system is 100% secure — users remain responsible for protecting their devices and credentials.
ATM Training is intended for anesthesia technician students in formal educational programs. Not designed for children under 18 outside recognized healthcare education programs.
You may at any time request deletion or correction of your data, or stop using the platform. Contact the developer to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy when features change. Updated version and date will be clearly displayed. Continued use = acceptance.
